Though some action has been taken to improve students' level, still many schools ignore it and they focus to let students get high marks in the exams. The teenagers need to learn some practical skills, such as swimming, which can save their lives when they are stuck in the deep water. Students are always passionate about the special lesson.

I like traveling very much. My trip to XiAn is really unforgettable. Before I went there, I always wanted to see Bin Ma Yong, so I chose to go there.

I went to there by train with my parents and I had breakfast in the hotel. Then we went there by bus. When I got off the bus, I was very excited. I saw a lot of false man whose hand with all kinds of things.

I took many pictures. Finally we went back the hotel in the afternoon.

Though I was very tired, I felt very happy. I will never forget it for ever.

The reader can accelerate his pace when the material is easy or less than interesting, and slow down when it is difficult or absorbing.

If what he reads is moving, he can put down the book for a few moments and cope with his emotions without fear of losing anything.

There are trees and flowers everywhere.But it has not always been like that. In the old days, it was a sad dirty little town. Landlords and merchants lived in the few good houses.For the working people there were only dark, unhealthy rooms in old buildings and huts in narrow muddy streets. Nearly everyone was poor and many had no work.Everything has changed since liberation. The people, led by the Party, have got rid of the mud and dirt. They have put up schools, theaters, shops and flats. They have an assembly hall and a hospital.Along the river they have built offices, hotels and parks. A lot of factories have sprung up. On the river, streamers and boats come and go busily, day and night. They carry the products of our industries to all parts of the country.I love my hometown, and I love its people. They also have changed. Healthy and happy, they are going all out to build socialism.

Today the quality of our natural environment has become an important issue. The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded.

We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.

Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.

Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. People should be further educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products. We are sure that we can have a better and cleaner place in the future.
