大學好，我叫劉明楊，20xx年畢業于遼寧財政高等專科學校企業管理專業。同年就職于一家僅有四人、銷售額不足1000萬元的外貿公司，并一直工作至今。
我的教育背景和最初的工作背景都算不上優秀，但是我用自己的努力證明了這樣一個道理-------大專生并不比本科生差，小公司一樣會有大發展。下面請老師允許我舉三個小例子來證明我的觀點。
我的家鄉在遼西的一個偏遠小山村，十年九旱，家境貧寒，高考前夕，為了籌集上大學的學費，改善家里的經濟條件，我在家里辦起了“釀酒廠”，進行糧食加工轉化，飼料喂豬牛，后來的結果證明，這個小廠極大改善了家里的經濟狀況，也在封閉落后的鄉村掀起了科學致富的春風。這是我人生第一次創業嘗試。
以2分之差與本科失之交臂之后，我來到了遼寧財政高等專科學校，我沒有抱怨，沒有氣餒，為了破解當時大專生普遍存在的自卑心理和就業難題，我創建了創業者協會，提出了“創業就是就業，而且是更高起點的就業”口號，用創業者的標準來嚴格要求自己和所有會員，通過有效的策劃和組織，帶領會員進行各種創業嘗試，最終實現了兩個目標：一是協會所有的運營資金都來自于協會各種實踐活動的收入，沒有向會員收取任何會費;二是絕大部分會員經過協會的鍛煉后，重拾了自信，在日后的求職和職業發展過程中，都表現出了比非會員更強的優勢。據我最近對母校的了解，目前這個協會仍然在運作，依然是學校中最務實、最具影響力的協會。
2002年7月畢業后，我選擇了一家小型外貿公司。基于兩個原因：一是中國剛剛加入WTO，外貿必然有大發展;二是小公司里可以接觸到外貿全過程，能迅速提高自身的業務素質。從對外貿一無所知到精通各個操作環節，我付出了巨大努力，白天上班請教，晚上自學研究。在完成工作目標的同時，有意識的對業務流程、單證進行規范，自編了外貿制單系統，使制單效率提高了75%，同時保證了單據的準確性。在過去的六年中，先后協助公司建立國際業務部與國際市場開發部并擔任主管，建立健全部門規章制度。我負責的國際市場開發部在過去的3年中創造了近億元的銷售業績，為公司創造利潤2000多萬元。目前我所服務的公司已經成為當地水產龍頭企業，員工近千人，年產值超過億元大關。
我認為我具有以下的幾個優點
1. 思維活躍，悟性較強。----- 恥于安于現狀、能夠迅速識別利用機會，并迅速的付之行動。
2. 淳樸誠信，務實上進。----- 父母影響、貧苦經歷。
3. 胸懷大志，連接城鄉。----- 整合城鄉供應、加工、流通產業鏈，助農民增收、令市民感動。
4. 善于學習，總結提高。----- 自學能力強，經常總結，做事穩扎穩打，步步為營。
個人缺點
1. 行慢于言，相對保守。
2. 內心焦躁，急于求成。
3. 溝通不主動，還需修煉。
我的領導，也就是我現在所服務公司的老板，認為我擅長于“目標管理”、“執行力強”，所以也非常支持我報考大工MBA，大工是我的一個夢想，希望9月份能夠在這里聆聽老師們的教誨。相信我---張立威同學一定會給老師爭光，為大工添彩!

i will work hard inthesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character? i cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online. through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. . My name is song yonghao; I am 22 years old .I comes from Luoyang, a very beautiful anicent city. my undergraduate period will be accomplished in chang'an university in July ,2004;and now, I am trying my best for obtaining a key to tongji university.
Generally speaking, I am a hard working student especially do the thing .I am interested in. I will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is.
