　　Parenting may be as late as possible, but not later. Research shows that by the age of 30, awoman's chances of conceiving begin to dwindle. There are advantages to having childrenyoung, although these days life is rarely that simple. The argument is that, if people wantchildren at all, it is better to start as early as possible for the development of the family and thecountry.

　　Good or bad, late parenting is a new fashion. Despite cases related to unwanted teenagepregnancies, many people choose to become parents later in life. This social mainstream isparticularly obvious among people of the middle class in most developed countries. It is clearenough that many women are putting off babies for career and financial reasons. Besides, ifpeople are planning a one-child or two-child family, there is indeed no such a hurry to be 'in thefamily way' like those old-fashioned women a couple of generations ago. No wonder that peopleprefer to wait until they think they are 'ready' to become parents, no matter how late it mightbe or what could happen as a result.

　　Relatively, the consequences are more negative than positive, not just for the family but alsofor the country. Generally speaking, late parenthood would mean a surplus of old people andnot enough workers. This is likely to stymie the country's economy. In contrast, more teenagemothers would mean a population--economic--boom. Based on this presumption, womenshould finish having their families when they are younger (than 30) and then have more yearsof employment ahead of them. As expected, their children would also sooner come into thelabor force and add to the national economic growth.

　　In sum, there seem to be alarm bells on late parenting because this could benefit neither thedevelopment of the family nor the society in the economic context. While the decision tobecome parents later in life is personal, even realistic; the time for a woman to get pregnant iscertainly not 'forever'. In parenting, it is one thing that modern people do not desire having onetoo many, but it is quite another to be too late to become parents for at least once.

　　In the past, mothers usually stayed with childrenwhen they were young. However, nowadays withmore and more competition in society, mothers aredeprived of most of the mothers' rights. Therefore,kindergarten takes the job sharing mothers' jobs.Someone believes that staying in kindergarten couldbe a wise choice for the present parents. However, the others doubt. I prefer to children'sstudying in kindergarten. The reasons are as follows.

　　First of al, it's obvious that kindergartens can offer children more systematic educationthan household teaching. The teachers have been well trained of children caring. Thekindergarten provides not only good teaching facilities but friendly and harmonious studyingenvironment where kids can play together and learn how to co-operate in a team.

　　Secondly, as children's parents have to make a living, they probably have no choice but towork continually with no opportunity to study, which leads to no time spent on children caring.As a consequence, to leave children in kindergarten must be a mutual way for both parentsand their children.

　　Last but not least, to reduce financial burden of the family, mother had better return towork as soon as possible for the cost of raising children and footing the bill of anyconsumption. That's why so many young couples don't choose to have children earlier. It is afact every couple has to face and try figuring out the proper way to solve it.

　　In a word, I do support that young children should stay in kindergarten. And parentsshould return to work earlier. It is not only good for parents but children as well.

　　First, the love between children and adults will beimproved by spending more time on their children.Children could feel parents' affection through thegenial conversation and sharing their pleasure with them. Every time when parents take themto amusement park, help them to prepare their birthday parties, applaud for them when theyare competing in the sports meeting, the time they spend with children will become treasure intheir memories.

　　Second, children need the direction from their parents. There are some wrong behaviors inour society such as dishonesty, corruption, violence and eroticism and so on. Children haveweak resistance in defending this detrimental influence. In this case, parents' instructionsseem to be very important to children's growth. Parents should sit down and talk with themabout what they should do and should not do. In addition, if parents often spend time instaying with their children, adults' good behaviors will greatly influence their children.

　　Here I do not deny that there are some disadvantages in spending too much time onchildren. Some parents restrict their children, and give them little freedom to develop theirinterests. Therefore, I emphasize that parents should educate and instruct their childrenappropriately in their spare time apart from their busy works.
