本節課，學習I can play the guitar.表述。教學內容大多以學生整體感知為主。在本課中，我采用了“任務型”的教學途徑和情景教學途徑。
優點：利用歌曲接近了與學生的關系，使他們在愉悅的氛圍中學習英語。
利用游戲讓學生鞏固單詞，可以培養學生的學習興趣，還可以使學生牢固掌握單詞的讀和說，培養其記憶能力。
通過圖片練習和小組相互練習，讓學生在情境中不斷重復使用所學單詞，使枯燥乏味的句型因為有了情景而生動活潑，讓教學更貼近于生活，讓學生達到掌握英語、運用英語的目的。
板書形象、直觀、易懂，學生印象深刻。
不足之處：
在本課教學中，我通過照片、圖片教學，在創設情境方面有些欠缺，很局限，在日常的課堂教學中，對于新語言的鞏固，要積極創設有利于學生實際的語境，盡量避免簡單替換，機械操練。
在以后課堂教學中，應充分發揮學生的主體地位，照顧到每個學生。
五年級學生生性好動，在本課教學中，我始終堅持采用多樣教學手段，注意從學生的興趣出發，找到合適的切入點，吸引學生注意力，使學生學習變被動為主動，激發學生的興趣，喚起他們的學習欲望。
