佛家也說：心魔即魔，心佛即佛。有時現狀并不讓我們滿意，但我們很難改變他人或是要求他人，我們只能通過改變自己來影響他人;我們更不能抱怨環境，因為“環境是結果，思想是原因”。所以我想說：要想事情改變，先改變自己;要想事情變得更好，先讓自己更好。
