But in my opinion, taking exercise is a good way to relax and keep fit. And a healthy body can help us study better. And we can always find time to take exercise if we want to do. 　　I am writing to tell you about the survey I’ve made on “Using paper cards or e-cards?” in our class.

　　About 30% of the students want to use the paper card. Firstly, people can make them by themselves and they can show people’s real feelings. Secondly, people can take them everywhere they go and keep them for a long time. Thirdly, people don’t have to read them through computers.

　　However, about 70% of the students prefer to use e-cards. E-cards can carry much information and people can send them quickly. Besides, using e-cards can save paper so that the environment can be protected well. What’s more, people can make different kinds of designs that they like.

　　As for me, I like to use both of the two kinds, because when I am free, I can use the paper cards, but when I am busy, I can use e-cards.

　　Some students say most of them are the only child in our family. We have been given much love. We are not able to do hard work. To look after the patients is a good way to teach us hoe to do difficult jobs. By looking after the patients, we’ll learn to understand and respect others’ work.

　　On the other hand, some students think taking care of patients is dirty. It’s easy for us to get sick. They don’t think the job is suitable for us. We have more important things to do . looking after brothers or sisters at home is a good idea.

　　In my opinion, it’s quite a good way to develop our independence, but we should be careful not to get sick when caring for patients. I think the school should think about this problem.

　　Great changes haven taken place in our studies since our school began to carry on exploring learning strategies. In the past, teachers kept on explaining the language points in class. We students just listened and took some notes. So we didn’t have enough time to think about problems by ourselves. We had to do much homework after class.

　　But now teachers show the problems to us first, then we discuss them for a while in pairs or groups. We try to find out the ways of solving problems, through which we’ve learnt how to cooperate with others. After class, we can have different activities. For example, we can read books we like, go to the library or use the Internet for useful information and so on.

　　In a word, exploring learning strategies is very good for us. Now we are the owners of our study and we’re happy.

　　The students of our school have different ideas about if we would like to take part in the English summer camp.

　　Some agree while others don’t. Those who want to take part in the activity think they can relax themselves in the camp. Also they can improve English and make lots of friends. However, some of the students are not interested in English. They think it’s too long to stay away from home. Their parents won’t allow them to do so.

　　As for me, I don’t want to take part in the summer camp. I have to go to lots of lessons during summer holiday, so I have no time. Besides, I like to stay at home better.
