畢業(yè)后一直從事小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教育工作。致力于小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)實(shí)踐并較有成效。在工作中通過自己的努力和各學(xué)科老師的幫助，逐步形成了自己的教學(xué)風(fēng)格‘師生相處和諧，“情知互動(dòng)，寓教寓樂”的教學(xué)風(fēng)格，依托共鳴的師生情感，利用英語(yǔ)的獨(dú)特魅力和特性吸引、感染學(xué)生自覺自愿、主動(dòng)積極并富有創(chuàng)造性地在無拘無束、輕松愉快的氛圍中參與英語(yǔ)活動(dòng)。在英語(yǔ)活動(dòng)中鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生張揚(yáng)個(gè)性，發(fā)揮潛能，培養(yǎng)引導(dǎo)激發(fā)學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)的興趣。
