外國人來華邀請相關知識
一、申請要求
1、《外國人入境審批表》1份， 須加蓋邀請單位和所屬鎮(街)或市直單位的意見和公章。
2、由邀請單位出具的邀請信原件一式2份，邀請信須用邀請單位函頭或信頭紙打印，內容文字須為中文，并注意區分商務和工作邀請，同時須加蓋邀請單位公章(邀請信模式可下載，如果邀請單位沒有函頭紙或信頭紙，可用普通A4白紙把公司的名字和聯系方式寫上去，處理成函頭紙或信頭紙也可) 外國人來華邀請函大全集。
3、邀請單位的營業執照和機構代碼證復印件各一式2份，并加蓋邀請單位公章(營業執照和機構代碼證兩者都需提交，特別注意是該復印件上需要有上一年度的年審)。
4、被邀請人的護照復印件和最近1-2次來華簽證復印件一式2份(注意每一頁都要加蓋邀請單位公章)。
5、如辦理來華入境工作申請，還須附《外國人就業許可證》的復印件一式2 份，并加蓋邀請單位公章(《外國人就業許可證》正反兩面均需復印，并提交原件核對)。
6、邀請單位保證書一式2份，須企業法人簽名和加蓋邀請單位公章。
7、在非原籍國辦理簽證需提供擬辦理簽證國的有效居留證件或官方出具的工作簽證復印件一式2份，并加蓋邀請單位公章。
8、赴非原籍國辦簽證的還需要提供《赴xx辦理簽證說明函》一式2份，加蓋邀請單位公章(xx為非原籍國，如赴香港辦理簽證說明函，內容詳細說明需要赴非原籍國辦理簽證而不回本籍國辦理的理由，字數不少于200字，必須用公司函頭紙或信頭紙出具)。
9、其他補充材料(視申請簽證而定，如是工作者家屬陪同來華定居，請提供相關親屬證明文件)。
二、辦理流程
1、各邀請單位需明確邀請外國人的法律責任，并詳細真實地準備好全部材料，《外國人入境審批表》需公司法人本人簽名并蓋公章。(面試網)
2、邀請單位持《外國人入境審批表》和相關文件到所在鎮(街)政府審批，一般是通過鎮(街)的外經辦(局)報送該鎮(街)主管外經的鎮領導審批。如獲批準，鎮(街)主管領導需在《外國人入境審批表》加具意見和簽名，并加蓋鎮政府公章。
3、經過所在鎮(街)政府審批后，把上述全部材料提交至市外事局簽證科，市外事局簽證科會根據團組的具體實際情況按照省外辦要求進行材料審核，填妥《邀請確認函》，函請省外辦審發。
4、省外辦在收到報送材料后，在規定的工作日內審發《邀請確認函》，并將《邀請確認函》寄回市外事局;
5.邀請單位通過我局網站公布的辦理結果，前往市外事局簽證科免費領取《邀請確認函》原件，并通過正確的方式轉交申請人，在其申辦簽證時使用。
