　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Be fully dedicated to maintain plastics compounding line,especially focus on the equipment running smoothly.

　　負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)塑料生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備，尤其需要確保設(shè)備運行穩(wěn)定

　　Execute work order to maintain equipment.

　　依據(jù)工作單對設(shè)備進(jìn)行維護(hù)工作

　　Be responsible for on line trouble shooting.

　　生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備故障處理

　　Be responsible for equipment inspection and record related information and fix the problem soon.

　　負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備的巡檢，并記錄相關(guān)的信息，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，及時處理

　　Update and implement PM(preventive maintennance)working.

　　更新和執(zhí)行設(shè)備預(yù)防性維護(hù)工作

　　Comply with EHS and ensure contractor team safety during maintenance work.

　　絕對遵守工廠安全政策，并在工作中確保承包商的安全

　　Qualifications Required:

　　Diploma degree in mechanical engineering,or ralated major

　　大專學(xué)歷，機械或機電一體化相關(guān)專業(yè)

　　2 years related working experience,preferred in chemical industrial

　　2年設(shè)備維護(hù)方面工作經(jīng)驗

　　Be familiar with general machinery,mechanical parts,pneumatic and hydraulic parts drawing.

　　熟悉通用機械零件，熟悉氣動液壓零件

　　Understand Process and Instrument Diagram.

　　認(rèn)識生產(chǎn)流程P&ID圖

　　Be able to work independently under pressure.

　　獨立的工作能力

　　Solid safety consciousness.

　　極強的安全意識

　　Good team player,have passions on the work.

　　良好的團(tuán)隊精神，工作有熱情

　　Basic English communication in reading and writing

　　Assist mechanical engineer for mechanical design work
