　　一、我們平常在工作中，向領導匯報情況必須有條有理，第一、第二、第三，必須分的很清楚，這樣的下屬領導才會喜歡，說明問題有重點，纏訴原因也是很清楚，這個原則也可以應用到我們的英文寫作當中，閱卷老師看文章也必然要通過這些關鍵性的“標簽”來判定你的文章是否結構清楚，條理自然。英文中的“標簽”詞有很多，例如：

　　1)first, second, third, last(這是最最普通的詞語，一般不要用)

　　2)firstly, secondly, thirdly, finally(不常用)

　　3)the first, the second, the third, the last(不常用)

　　4)in the first place, in the second place, in the third place, lastly(不常用)

　　5)to begin with, then, furthermore, finally(推薦)

　　6)to start with, next, in addition, finally(推薦)

　　7)first and foremost, besides, last but not least(推薦)

　　8)most important of all, moreover, finally(推薦)

　　9)on the one hand, on the other hand(適用于兩點的情況)

　　10)for one thing, for another thing(適用于兩點的情況)

　　二、我們在平常的英文寫作中還需要注意短語優先原則，寫作時，尤其是在考試時，如果使用短語，有兩個好處：其一、用短語會使文章增加亮點，如果老師們看到你的文章太簡單，看不到一個自己不認識的短語，必然會看你低一等。相反，如果發現亮點—精彩的短語，那么你的文章定會得高分了。其二、關鍵時刻思維短路，用短語是一個辦法!比如：

　　I cannot bear it.

　　可以用短語表達：I cannot put up with it.

　　I want it.

　　可以用短語表達：I am looking forward to it.

　　這樣字數明顯增加，表達也更準確。

　　中考英語作文范例：我最好的朋友

　　請以“My Best Friend"為題，寫一篇不少于60個單詞的作文。

　　我最好的朋友

　　My best friend is one of my classmates. Her name is Mary. Every day, we go to school together and go back home together. We often help each other and learn from each other in study.

　　我最好的朋友是我的一個同班同學，她的名字叫瑪麗。我們每天一起上學，一起回家。我們經常互相幫助，并向對方學習。

　　We have the same hobby-collecting stamps. She has many nice stamps. She is very proud of them. Sometimes she gives some of them to me. I think she is a very good girl. We will be good friends forever.

　　我們有著相同的愛好——集郵。她有很多漂亮的郵票，并為此十分自豪。有時，她會把其中的一些郵票給我。我認為她是個非常好的女孩。我們會成為永遠的朋友。

　　點評：這是一篇記人的敘述文。先交代了My Best Friend是誰，接著通過事例交代了為什么“我們是最好的朋友”。最后闡述了主題。

　　When you smile, I smile, that’s the deal.

　　I will not walk past you and not look you in the eyes and not acknowledge you.
