You find a special friend;

Someone who makes you believe that there really is good in the world.

lift someone up：激勵，舉起
lift: vt. 舉起，提升，鼓舞; 電梯(上下的直梯)
You gotta lift yourself up even when the whole world give you up.
cheers you on 鼓勵， 為某人打氣
gets you through the hard times, the sad times, and the confused times
get through：熬過(艱難的時期)
A: I got divorced last year. 我去年離婚了。
