托福口語一直是考生要攻克的難點。
很多考生就算有思路，內容也整理的很好。
但是就是說的結結巴巴的，導致考分也不很好。
為什么會出現這種情況呢?
考試時緊張，這個是肯定的，那么咱么練習的足夠多，考試時也會變順暢。
最主要的問題就是語言習慣不好。
如果拿一道題讓學生先說下中文思路并計時，會發現，原來中文說的也結結巴巴的。
說英文時出現的um um a a 在中文表述中也頻頻出現。
或者中文表述的邏輯思路很混亂，表現出英文也會混亂。
所以要養成好的語言習慣，對于表達出順暢的語言是很重要的。
在平時做訓練時，需要注意一下幾點：
1. 在表達時，注意um um a a 的情況，一旦出現說明不太熟練，要聽下來將停頓的地方多練習。
2. 在說英文前，先整理好中文思路。
3. 每天堅持練習口語一兩個小時,鍛煉你說英文的肌肉習慣.
4. 養成大聲讀英文的習慣,再嘗試著用一口氣練習。
5. 學會錄音,去聽自己的發音,找出自己的問題,反復聽反復練習。
6. 找到難度合適的材料，反復聽反復跟讀。
7. 在練習的時候會出現很多錯誤，要有信心，來堅持然后讓正確的方法一直加深印象。

助你坦然備考托福口語的三個小技巧
1、每天的發音練習必不可少——至少堅持一個月。大家要記住：語音方面，如果不是糟糕的不可救藥的話，都是可以糾正過來的，所以首先要對自己充滿信心。那么到底要練習哪些音呢?其實就是國際音標中的6個困擾音，即中國考生最不容易發到位的音——[ɑ:]、[e]、、[ei]、[ai]、[au];考生必須對著鏡子把嘴型做到位，不斷讀這6個音，同時也要讀其相關的單詞，每天至少要練習30分鐘。
2、選擇合適跟讀材料，每天跟讀30分鐘——不必花費心思挑選跟讀材料，只要跟讀我們的聽力材料即可，比如紅、藍色Delta中的聽力材料，尤其是跟讀簡單的對話材料(因為其內容比較生活化，有些短語可借鑒到口語內容里)注意模仿其語音語調，至少跟讀3遍，并且總結其中的常用英語(論壇)短語表達。
3、每天10分鐘的口語小段子——謹遵第一題根本原則——最生活，每天用10分鐘的時間完成一篇口語小段子，內容是一天當中任何值得紀念的人、物、事、地，字數在93-107字。寫完后糾正出語法錯誤，然后熟讀自己寫的段子，繼續完善。完善后，盡量做到脫稿復述出來，要求流利且注意到語音語調;期間最重要的事情就是總結常用口語的地道英文表達，并且通過不斷實踐，不斷使用來熟練掌握這些表達，為口語考試打好基礎。
