　　continue的用法1：still continue是個很多余的用法，應該避免，去掉still，用continue就可以了;

　　continue的用法2：continue一般后面常接不定式，比較普遍，而很少用現在分詞。不過在作及物動詞時，把現在分詞看做動名詞也是可以的。

　　The baby continued to cry all night.

　　這個嬰兒一晚上都在哭。

　　continue的用法3：continue后面接不定式或者現在分詞，都解釋為“不停地……”而不是“停止后繼續……”的意思。

　　The baby continued to cry (或crying) all night.

　　句子不可改為The baby continued to cry (或 crying) at eleven o'clock。

　　continue的用法4：continue解釋為“(在停止后)繼續……”的時候，后接的賓語常有story， article， narrative，discourse，journey等。
